Our Exclusive Brand Growth goals will require a collective effort to increase Brand Awareness, Trust, and Education. Thank you in advance for joining our LUNCH Exclusive Brand Summit, designed to shine light on our EB portfolio. During this one-day summit, we’ll explore the items, ideas, and trends that are shaping tomorrow's lunch menu.

On April 10th, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with Nicholas and Company’s Las Vegas DC with participation from Territory, Non-Commercial and Program National Sales Representatives who are eager to discover strategies and the innovative and stocked items that will help to elevate our Exclusive Brand Lunch portfolio in Las Vegas and Southern Utah.

EXPECTATIONS

  • As part of our ongoing and dedicated effort to grow exclusive brand awareness and visibility in the marketplace, we are specifically asking our Vendors and Brokers to merchandise their products according to our EXCLUSIVE BRAND FAMILY PLAYBOOK. We encourage everyone to come prepared with a selection of EB branded materials to effectively showcase our Brand Families. We kindly ask that Vendor-Logos remain secondary in emphasis or are not presented at all in order to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.

  • We've achieved significant success by maintaining a focused approach on a select few strategic items during our sales training sessions. To maximize our impact and effectiveness, please take the time to collaborate closely with your Category Manager. Together, you can thoughtfully decide which of our stocked items will be the most beneficial to sample or train on at the Lunch Summit.

  • Let’s empower our dedicated team and generate enthusiasm to effectively sell our amazing EB products! Giveaway items, along with well-designed printed sales materials and essential tools, will be greatly appreciated and can make a significant difference in our success.

  • Expo Vendors will be provided with ‘booth’ spaec and asked to participate in a grazing-style lunch experience for our team.

    We request that vendors come prepared to sample and serve finished products. We are happy to assist with any cross-promotion that may be helpful, especially if you need additional ingredients.

    This approach will provide you with more face time with our team, an opportunity to showcase innovative menu applications, and a chance to be part of a fun, themed day.

    Games, décor, and giveaways to motivate the team and make this food show-style sales meeting a unique and memorable experience are suggested and appreciated.

  • Please be prepared to perform cuttings, samplings and speak to strategic selling opportunities during your rotation. We’d like for all Vendors to summit what they are planning to present to me and your Category Manager by MARCH 31st so we can work together to make sure we’re aligned on how the time is spent and support you where we can.

    Let’s have fun with it - games, décor, and giveaways to motivate the team and make this food show-style sales meeting a unique and memorable experience are suggested and appreciated.

  • Rely on Broker representation - this is a Summit-style sales meeting where Vendor representation is appreciated.

Need a kitchen? You will have full-use of our on-site kitchen beginning at 7am..

Vendors and Brokers are responsible for keeping this space clean throughout their use and to leave it as it was found at the end of the day.

If you have any specific kitchen equipment needs or need additional time the day prior or day of, please contact Jennifer Martinez to arrange.

DREAM TEAM

Our dedicated Sales Force, Territory, Non-Commercial Sales, and Program National Sales Representatives from our North Las Vegas (NLV) distribution center will be in attendance.

Please anticipate 50 participants.
