Thank you for being a vital part of our LUNCH Portfolio!

In our upcoming Sales Training and Expo, we will highlight our variety of lunch items and teach our team how to become effective business advisors for our portfolio.

Your insights and knowledge are important in preparing our team to boost sales for our lunch offerings and improve our position in the market. Your active participation will help us succeed throughout our focus on ‘lunch’ in May, June and July.

During this timeframe, our empowered team will be incentivized with ‘Bill Bucks’ and will be heavily supported by strategic marketing activities. Together, we can achieve great success!

Kitchen access and set-up: 6:30am

Expo 1st Round: 9:30-11am

Expo 2nd Round: 11:30-1

EXPECTATIONS

  • We’re treating our upcoming Sales Meetings as ‘Food Shows’ for our sales team. Please come thoroughly prepared to creatively decorate your designated Expo or training space with on-brand merchandising materials. Your attention to detail and care for presentation will be instrumental in effectively driving brand affinity and enhancing education.

  • We've achieved significant success by maintaining a focused approach on a select few strategic items during our sales training sessions. To maximize our impact and effectiveness, please take the time to collaborate closely with your Category Manager. Together, you can thoughtfully decide which of our stocked items will be the most beneficial to sample or train on at the Lunch Summit.

  • Let’s empower our dedicated team and generate enthusiasm to effectively sell your products! Giveaway items, along with well-designed printed sales materials and essential tools, will be greatly appreciated and can make a significant difference in our success.

  • Expo Vendors will be provided with ‘booth’ spaec and asked to participate in a grazing-style breakfast experience for our team.

    We request that vendors come prepared to sample and serve finished products. We are happy to assist with any cross-promotion that may be helpful, especially if you need additional ingredients.

    This approach will provide you with more face time with our team, an opportunity to showcase innovative menu applications, and a chance to be part of a fun, themed day.

    Games, décor, and giveaways to motivate the team and make this food show-style sales meeting a unique and memorable experience are suggested and appreciated.

  • Please be prepared to perform cuttings, samplings and speak to strategic selling opportunities during your rotation. We’d like for all Vendors to summit what they are planning to present to your Category Manager by March 31st so we can work together to make sure we’re aligned on how the time is spent and support you where we can.

Rely on Broker representation - this is a Summit-style sales meeting where Vendor representation is encourage and appreciated.

Need a kitchen? You’ll have full use of our kitchen space for the day starting at 7am.

Vendors and Brokers are responsible for keeping this space clean throughout their use and to leave it as it was found at the end of the day.

If you have any specific kitchen equipment needs or need additional time the day prior or day of, please contact Jennifer Martinez to arrange.

DREAM TEAM

Our dedicated Sales Force, Territory, Non-Commercial Sales, and Program National Sales Representatives from Las Vegas and Southern Utah will be in attendance.
